This work aims to the quantitative LDL concentration distribution within the arterial wall. The computational analysis of the LDL transport in the arterial wall solves the fluid flow-mass transport equations in the lumen as well as within the arterial wall. Computational results show that the low density lipoprotein (LDL) within the thoracic arterial wall under the assumptions made about the nature of the flow, the boundary conditions and the wall properties is substantially increased with transmural pressure. This video will be a helpful tool to Cardiologists, Applied Mathematicians, Computational Scientists, Engineers and Biologists. It is an introductory lesson to M.Sc. and Ph.D research students.
