Cholesterol and High BP Natural remedy

1 measure of chopped ginger and garlic. We used 1 cup as our measure. Add equal amount of water and grind ginger. Extract juice. Measure 1 cup. Add 1 cup Apple cider vinegar, 1 cup lemon juice. Add 1 measure water to garlic, grind to paste. Add to mixture. Heat the mixture and reduce in half. Once cool, add 2 measures of honey.

Everyday in the morning and evening, 30 min before eating or drinking, add 10 ml of this mixture to warm water (100 ml) and drink.
