so back in february i was supposed to diet after my blood test results showed i had med-cholesterol. things i was supposed to cut out of my diet: red meat, rice, bread, pasta, noodles, sweets. but i didn’t diet at all, so now 3 months later, the blood test showed my cholesterol increased and now i have to actually diet this time.
the test also showed low vitamin d levels so i had to start taking vitamin d pills
