I got a blood test back saying I have high total cholesterol and high LDL cholesterol. I work out. I eat healthy. My doctor wanted to put me on statins. I changed my healthy diet to an EVEN HEALTHIER ONE. Then I got another blood test. These are my results. I go into ketosis a lot and I aim to be metabolically flexible. I’ve learned that there are people called “lean mass hyper responders” that have high LDL but low triglycerides. I’m not sure if I’m stressed and have a lot of inflammation and cortisol and I’m actually at risk for heart disease. Or perhaps this one lipid panel isn’t enough to show what’s really happening. I started tracking a bunch of other things so subscribeeeee because the next few videos I have for you are really interesting!
